KVT’s Mission is to protect all kind of Human Values and Human Rights, it’s vision is to create a society where harmony is universal and there is no discrimination whatsoever irrespective of cast, religion, gender, culture and race, and to promote concept of “To live and let other live” which include all living things
Young people from different backgrounds have a huge impact on us and all our activities. They highlight those parts of the society that are broken, so we can help them in all possible ways to regain hope and flourish in life.
Who are We
Kissan Vikas Trust herein-after referred to as “KVT” - is a non political, nonprofit making, social organization, and has been working for the past 25 years on various social causes to uplift the status of all classes in respect to provide better health, education, social status, shelter to homeless, to care the various other schemes and program since the date of inception irrespective of discriminating caste, creed, gender, religion, sex, and language. Currently the organization is working in the Indian states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand and West Bengal

Our activities in providing Health Care
We work to improve the poor health conditions in Patna and Saharsa district of Bihar. In Khagaria and Begusarai backwards ,minorities and dalit women were organized for Maternal and Child Health, forming their 600 SHG’s. In khagaria And Begusarai we are working with PLHIV. Under it CSC centres have been opened under VIHAAN Project. CSC Centres have been linked to ART centres in govt.hospitals of Begusarai and Khagaria. In Begusarai and Khagaria district 600 SHG’s groups have been formed. These groups were merged into World Bank Supported Program Jeevika. For two years under public private partnership with Bihar Health Society OPD centres were run in Saharsa District. Under Jay Prabha Community Health Empowerment Mission, Jay Prabha Clinic has organised Free Health Camps in Bihar West Bengal and Uttarakhand where 3000 patients were treated and medicines were distributed to them free of cost.
During Covid Pandemic, we made rehabilitation centre in Uttarakhand. In Jharkhand, to strengthen immunity we distributed ayurvedic, homeopathic medicines, masks and sanitizers
Our activities in Agriculture and Climate Change
We run small-scale schools for the underprivileged children and youth of daily wage workers for a better future. We also organise Self Help Groups (SHG) to promote primary and non formal education among Adult and children.
We have also worked on Alternative Agriculture and Training of Farmers on Paddy Crops
